1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Cohivio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Cohivio is a nutrition-accountability platform that helps users track their dietary plans, share progress with care-team members (dietitians and partners), and receive positive encouragement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Health Data & Consent

You control what health data you share with your care team through the consent settings in the app. You can enable or disable sharing at any time.

5. Data Export & Deletion

You may export all of your personal data or permanently delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Deletion removes all personal data; de-identified audit records may be retained.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cohivio is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
